トランプ氏、再び暗殺未遂　容疑者逮捕

A man was arrested in Florida on Sept. 16 on suspicion of trying to assassinate Donald Trump.

Authorities said the 58-year-old man hid at the former president’s golf course in West Palm Beach for nearly 12 hours.

Trump was playing golf there on the day.

The man did not fire any shots and sped away after a Secret Service agent saw the suspect’s rifle and fired in his direction. He was arrested in a nearby highway within an hour, officials said.

当局によると、58歳の男がウェストパームビーチにある前大統領（トランプ前大統領のこと）のゴルフコースに12時間近く隠れていたという。

トランプ氏は当日、そこでゴルフをしていた。

シークレットサービスの捜査官が容疑者のライフルを目視して彼の方向に発砲した後、男は発砲せず急いで逃走した。公式発表では容疑者は一時間以内に、近くのハイウェイで逮捕されたという。
