International climate deal not good enough, say developing nations
A group of developing nations have said that a $300 billion a year deal to help them deal with climate change is not good enough.
The deal was adopted at the COP29 summit in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on Nov. 24.
The document is “an optical illusion,” said the Indian delegation,, adding it was not enough in the face of the enormous challenge of climate change.
