Taiwan eases restrictions on food imports from Japan
Taiwan lifted the remaining import restrictions on food products from Japan on Sept. 25.
The change means that all Japanese foods can now be exported to Taiwan, in principle.
However, food items from Fukushima and four other prefectures will still have to show inspection reports declaring radiation levels.
In addition, all Japanese food products for export to Taiwan will require a certificate of origin.

台湾は9月25日に引き続き残っていた日本からの食品輸入規制の解除した。
この変更により、原則すべての日本産食品が台湾に輸出できるようになる。
しかし、福島など5県の食品には、放射性レベルを示す検査報告書を添付しなければならないことは変わらない。
また、台湾に輸出される日本産食品のすべてに産地証明書の提出が求められる。
