日本人客のハワイ入国がよりスムーズに

Japanese tourists arriving in Hawaii may soon have a faster and easier experience with immigration and customs, according to Hawaii Governor Josh Green.

Green told Kyodo News recently that the state is working with Japanese immigration authorities to smooth the process.

Tourists will be able to complete immigration and customs procedures before leaving Japan.

Green commented that it would make travel easier, and be good for the Hawaiian economy.

米国ハワイ州のジョシュ・グリーン知事によると、ハワイに到着する日本人観光客の入国審査や税関手続きがより迅速で簡単になるかもしれないという。

グリーン知事は共同通信の取材に対し、ハワイへの入国手続きをスムーズに行なえるよう、現在日本の入管当局と協議中であると語った。

日本人の観光客は、日本を出国する前にハワイへの入国審査と税関手続きを事前に済ませることができるようになるという。

グリーン知事はハワイ旅行が便利になり、ハワイ経済にとっても良いことになると語った。
