高速道路で大規模なETC障害

An extensive system failure shut down traffic at more than 90 tollgates in Tokyo and six prefectures on April 6.

The failure of the Electronic Toll Collection system, known as ETC, affected expressways managed by the Central Nippon Expressway Co.The affected prefectures were Tokyo, Kanagawa, Shizuoka, Yamanashi, Aichi, Gifu and Mie.

While ETC lanes were closed, drivers were able to pass through general lanes, which were manned by toll workers.

4月6日、大規模なシステム障害により1都6県の高速道路料金所90数か所で通行に支障が出た。

ETCとして知られている電子通行料金収受システムの不具合により、中日本高速道路株式会社が管理する高速道路が影響を受けた。

影響を受けたのは東京都、神奈川県、静岡県、山梨県、愛知県、岐阜県、三重県の1都6県である。

ETC専用レーンが閉鎖されている間、車両は料金所職員が対応する一般レーンを利用した。
