劇場版『鬼滅の刃』日本記録樹立

Demon Slayer, an animated movie based on a manga, has become the fastest film in Japan to reach ¥10 billion in 10 days at the box office.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train is the sequel to a TV series based on the Demon Slayer comic. It opened at 403 theaters across Japan. The distributors said 7.98 million people saw it from Oct. 16 to Oct. 25.

The previous box office record was for Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi, directed by Hayao Miyazaki.

漫画の原作をアニメ化した映画『鬼滅の刃』が、興行収入で10日間で100億円に達し、日本で最速の収入記録を達成した映画になった。

『劇場版「鬼滅の刃」無限列車編』は、漫画『鬼滅の刃』をもとに作られたテレビアニメシリーズの続編である。全国403の映画館で公開された。配給会社は、10月16日から25日の間に798万人が鑑賞したと述べた。

その前の記録は、宮崎駿監督の『千と千尋の神隠し』だった。
