東京都への転入人口、過去最少

In 2021, there were 5,433 more people moving into the capital than leaving it, according to statistics released by the Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry.

The figure is 25,692 lower than the previous year.

The drop is reportedly a result of the rise in teleworking during the coronavirus pandemic.

東京への転入人口が昨年、2014年以来最低値に達したことが、1月28日に公表された政府統計で明らかになった。

総務省が公表した統計によると、2021年には、東京への転入者が転出者を5,433人上回った。

この数値は前年比で2万5692人減少していることになる。

この減少は、コロナウィルスのパンデミックでテレワークが増えたことによる結果であると報告されている。
