男性救助のきっかけになったネコ、富山県警が表彰

A cat in the city of Toyama was honored by police for helping lead to the rescue of a man.

The cat was staring into a canal on June 16 when a passing woman saw it acting strangely. She looked into the canal and saw an elderly man lying inside, almost covered in water.

Along with some neighbors, she helped the man out of the canal.

Toyama police gave the cat some cat food.

男性の救助に導いたお手柄で、富山市のネコが警察に表彰された。

6月16日、用水路の中を覗き込んでいたネコがおかしな動きをしていることに、通りすがりの女性が気づいた。彼女が用水路の中をのぞくと、中で男性が水にほぼ浸かっているのを見つけた。

近所の人たちと一緒に男性を用水路から引き上げた。

富山県警は、ネコにキャットフードを贈った。
