Shibuya’s Halloween sees truck flipped, 5 arrested for groping

For years, people have crowded into Tokyo’s Shibuya district to celebrate Halloween.

This year, things got a bit out of hand. People flipped a small truck on Oct. 28. Two people jumped on top of it afterward, dancing and shouting.

During the Oct. 27-28 weekend, police arrested five people for alleged groping and similar offenses.
